Products can be searched with category buttons or key words. On the page sorted by brands and models, you can use filters, such as parts category and price range, to find your ideal products.

[Buyer] How to buy

Select the desired product, proceed to "Add to cart> Check out", register the information required for payment, and the purchase will be completed. Once it is completed, the deal cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions or inquiry about products or deliveries, please contact the seller in advance by clicking the "Contact to seller" button before the purchase.

[Buyer] Buying items from more than 2 sellers

"Stripe" payment method only allows one seller in a transection, for the security reason. If you wish to buy items from more than 2 sellers, please check out the items one by one. 

[Buyer] How to contact to a seller

For inquiries to the seller, you can use the chat function from the button on the product page. To avoid any kind troubles, we strongly recommend you to contact via chat. If you would like to contact the seller after the purchase, please contact from the contact information on the product page.

In the shipping option You can select "Include shipping charges in the item" or "Pick up directly". There might be delivery conditions or special information specified at the product information, so please check it carefully.

You can check the delivery status from the purchase history page. If the item is not shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase, please check with the seller. In case if you cannot reach the seller, please report it to TAU as soon as possible.

If 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, the transaction will be completed, and cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. If the item is not shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase, please check with the seller. In case if you cannot reach the seller, please report it to TAU as soon as possible.

Use the online payment service "Stripe" to pay for products. Please note that Stripe's terms and conditions apply separately for use.

Invoices are shown at the purchase history.

All the payments are charged by Stripe. Please check the purchase history for uncertain charges.

Please check the purchase history for confirmation of order information .If you would like to change the order information after the purchase, please contact to the seller from the seller's contact information at the purchase history.

In case, you cannot contact to the seller, please report it to TAU.

If there is a problem with the arrived item that is different from the listing information, please contact the seller for consultation. Returns and refunds are not accepted at the buyer's circumstances.

If you open a suspicious email / SMS link and enter your personal information, there is a risk that our service may be abused or you may be logged in websites that uses the same password by strainers. If you have any suspicious contacts, please access again from the button on TAU sales website.

Troubles caused by transactions without our service will not be responsible by TAU. Please use our tools provided such as chat board.

Please contact to TAU immediately if you find an inappropriate sale that violates our terms and conditions.

[Seller] Terms & conditions / banned products

Some items are prohibited from being listed in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations. The seller is solely responsible for the items listed, regardless of how they are obtained.
(Example) Used airbags, used seat belts, products that do not meet safety standards, products for unauthorized modification, products that invalidate or modify vehicle safety / measuring equipment.

[Seller] How to sign up as a seller

Sellers are limited to those who have registered as a buyer of TAU and have a membership. For registration, enter the appropriate information and complete the registration. In addition, we may suspend registration if we determine that it is inappropriate.

If you wish to withdraw from the membership, please contact us.

[Seller] Sign up fee

There is no new registration fee for sellers who have registered with TAU. When registering for the first time, please refer to our outline for member registration.

[Seller] Commission

There is no cost at the time of listing. When the sale is concluded, 8% of the product price (including shipping fee and TAX) will be charged as a handling fee.

[Seller] Delivery fee

The shipping cost must be included in the item price on the seller side. If delivery is not possible, please specify in advance in the product information and notify the buyer.

[Seller] About TAX

All products and fees are entered and displayed in the amount including TAX. The seller must make the notation in accordance with Japanese TAX law.

[Seller] How to sell

Click on Seller button on the top page, and add items to list your item. We recommend that you show the item names in English to improve search ability. 
For the price of the product, please enter the amount including domestic shipping fee, handling fee and consumption TAX. For details, please see the seller's manual and list your item.

User information can be changed from the user page. Please make sure to update when any changes occur, to avoid trouble.

Please make sure to ship the item for which you have been contacted within 7 days and change the transaction status to "Shipped." If the product is not shipped within 7 days of purchase, it may be cancelled without notice at TAU's discretion. In that case, we will charge a contract fee according to the purchase information.

All payments to sellers will be made via Stripe's payment service. See Stripe's service page for more information.

[Seller] Return items

The seller is responsible for the information on the item and must deal with it in good faith if there is any discrepancy between the listing information and the arrived item.

[Seller] Refund

If the buyer reports that the item you received has a problem different from the listing information, you must respond in good faith. Please note that payment may be stopped at our discretion.
